- Pricing, inventory, warranties, and customer obligations
- Compliance with all applicable consumer protection, tax, and trade laws
5.2 Buyers
Buyers are responsible for:
- Reviewing listings before purchase
- Providing correct delivery details
- Completing payment obligations in full
Selidia does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of third‑party listings.
6. Orders, Payments, and Fees
- Payments are processed through third‑party providers including Paystack, Opay, banks, USSD, cards, and other supported methods
- Selidia does not store full card or sensitive banking information
- Transaction fees or service charges may apply and will be disclosed before confirmation
Selidia reserves the right to delay, hold, reverse, or cancel transactions where fraud or risk is suspected.
7. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and logistics partners
- Selidia coordinates delivery but does not guarantee delivery dates
- Users must inspect items upon receipt and report issues within a reasonable timeframe
8. Returns, Refunds, and Disputes
- Return and refund eligibility depends on product category, seller policy, and applicable laws
